Most people have performed planks at one point or another, but the plank leg lift includes an added challenge. If you’re performing this exercise with ExcelCord, start facing away from the anchoring point in plank position. If not, well, it doesn’t really matter where you’re facing as long as you’re in plank position. Keeping your legs straight, lift your foot off the ground until your leg is at a 45-degree angle with the ground. Hold this position for one count before returning to plank position and switching legs.
