I’m a big fan of exercises that can be performed pretty much anywhere, and the leg raise definitely falls under that category. All you need is enough space to lie down. (If you want the added challenge of performing it with resistance from ExcelCord then you’ll also need a door or other sturdy object to to which you can attach the cords.) This means you can blast your abs in your hotel room while traveling or in your dorm room when it’s too cold to go to the gym. This exercise can be deceptive; if it looks easy, trust me it’s not. You’ll feel the burn after only a few repetitions!
Lay on your back with your legs straight out in front of you. Keeping your legs straight raise your feet up until your legs are perpendicular to the ground. We recommend performing two sets of 10 repetitions.
