Hope your year is off to a great start! Our exercise of the week is the knee tuck. There are two ways to perform this exercise, which can be done with or without ExcelCord.
1. Alternating Knee Tucks
Start facing the anchoring point lying flat on your back with your legs extended. Keeping your core tight, bring one knee to your chest while keeping the other leg extended. Hold this position for one count before returning your leg to the starting position and switching legs.
2. Knee Tucks
Start facing the anchoring point lying flat on your back with your legs out in front of you. Keeping your core tight, bring your knees to your chest keeping your feet together and off the ground. Be sure to keep your back on the ground while as you straighten your legs.
