Exercise of the Week: Rice Bucket

With pitchers and catchers reporting to spring training in just over a month (February 12 to be exact) we thought we’d make our exercise of the week baseball-related. Although this drill is targeted toward pitchers working on strengthening their grips, athletes from many sports (football, tennis, squash, basketball) can benefit from having stronger hand muscles. And, as the coach in the video mentions, this exercise is great because you can do it while watching TV or reading a book!
