Exercise of the Week: Skiers


Happy hump day! I guess technically today isn’t hump day if you had off on Monday for MLK Day. But regardless I hope you’re having a nice week! It’s been a while since we posted something from our speed training program, so this week’s exercise of the week is skiers.

How to: Keeping both feet together hop from the side of the ladder to inside the square to the other side of the ladder then up to the next square. Continue until you reach the end of the ladder (or, if you’re using ExcelCord, the cords are taut). Repeat the exercise in reverse toward the beginning of the ladder.
