Exercise of the Week: Bicycle


This is another one of those exercises that looks relatively easy until you actually try to do it yourself. It can be performed with our without ExcelCord

Start with your hands behind your head with one knee pulled in towards your chest. As you extend the tucked knee bring your other knee to your chest as your bring the opposite elbow to your knee. Touch each knee to complete one repetition. We recommend two sets of 40 reps.
