Exercise of the Week: One Knee Drill

We had so much fun at CSCLL’s Opening Day last week we thought we’d make today’s exercise of the week baseball-related. Today’s drill is for pitchers. 

Start on one knee, chest facing the target, with your hands together. Rock forward then back to create rhythm while separating hands to initiate the throwing motion. As you release the ball transfer your weight towards the target and stand up on your front foot.

1 Set:
5 Reps with ExcelCord
5 Reps w/o ExcelCord
