Exercise of the Week: Two Feet in Each Square

As we mentioned in this post, ExcelCord can be used for a variety of speed training exercises. Two feet in each square is one such exercise. 

Step into each square with one foot at a time advancing one square at a time until the cord is taut. Then, repeat the process in reverse. Coaches use this exercise to improve not only speed, but also mental toughness as the furtherest square can be quite challenging and you will find you really have to push yourself!
