Exercise of the Week: Static Flex

ExerciseoftheWeek2This is another one of those exercises that is simple to understand but difficult to perform. In other words, it looks easier than it is. Try it out and let us know what you think!

Raise both legs off the ground with one slightly higher than the other. Hold this position for 10 seconds then switch legs. To step up the intensity, perform the exercise with ExcelCord.
