Exercise of the Week: Lunge Flex

Start in push up position with your core tight and hips low. Bring your foot straight up and place it to the outside your hand for a one count before returning your foot and alternating. For an added challenge, perform a pushup before switching legs.

We recommend beginning with one set of 8 reps (each leg) and progressing to two sets.
